The Master in Advanced Imaging Techniques in Radiology aims to respond to differentiated training needs and skills development in two areas of emerging evolution in the field of Radiology: Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR). Additionally, it combines a set of refined knowledge in the field of Biology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Research Methodologies and Biostatistics, which will allow training of health professionals capable of demonstrating in-depth and differentiating knowledge in the provision of health care in CT and MRI, and contribute to the progress of these areas through the development of research projects. The course is organized in 4 semesters and allows to foster the connection with external entities, namely, health institutions, important industrial partners in the area of ??TC and RM and other institutional partners of postgraduate training. The study plan is diversified and includes in the 2nd curricular year, a Dissertation / Internship curricular unit (with 50 credits), in which trainees can choose to develop a Dissertation or Internship Report, under the guidance of a PhD or Specialist teacher.
