- The Occupational Therapist develops his activities in different public or private healthcare institutions, such as: hospitals, health centres and specialized centres (namely rehabilitation centres)
- educational institutions such as schools, kindergartens, occupational centres and residencies
- private charity institutions and retirement homes
- within the community and at workplaces, with the aim of fitting individuals for an active life
- and finally, in research centres and teaching institutions.
